If you think your site is "cool," you may apply for ONE of my awards. However, YOU MUST BE THE WEB SITE OWNER AND CREATOR. If you are under the age of 13, I must comply with COPPA and not award your site. Sorry. Have a few more birthdays and we can talk.

My rules aren't all too strict. I might make an exception if you give me a warning in your e-mail about any content on your site that you think I may question.  However, please keep in mind that not everyone will win an award. Follow these steps and you MIGHT win...

• Must be clean and presentable.  (Clean means the text color and background color compliment each other and is not hard to read).
• Must not have pornographic material.  Anything sexually orientated must be done in good taste (artistic, etc.) 
• Opinions are alright when expressed in a civil manner.  However, Your web site must not contain derrogatory remarks towards any race, religion, or anything else that can be considered prejudiced.
• Must not be a site containing ONLY LINKS.  Your site MUST CONTAIN actual content and be entertaining.
• Must not contain graphic violence.
• Must not have pop-ups.  (Unless your site is free-hosted like Bravenet, etc.).
• Must already have an award page to display your awards even if you don't have an award yet.  You will NOT be required to link back to this site if you win any one of my awards.  However, it would be nice. *~hint~*
• Your site must not contain any copyrighted material unless you have given proper credit.
• Your site must not use slang, cuss words or shorthand. FOR EXAMPLE: L8r for "later" or SK8 for "Skate," etc.

YOU must EMAIL ME with the following information.  If ANY OF THE BELOW is missing, your site will not be viewed and you will not win an award.  PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

• SUBJECT:  AWARD APPLICATION
• Your First and Last name
• Your age
• Your web site's URL
• The name of your web site
• What your web site is about
• Why you think you should win my award
• Which award you are applying for
• Any warnings if you feel there may be questionable content on your site.
• State that you understand that THIS WEB SITE DOES NOT maintain a list of award winners, and therefore YOU WILL NOT gain any web site publicity if you should win one of my awards.
